This Privacy Policy adheres to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (PIPA).
11. Data Minimization & Collection
We strictly follow the principle of data minimization and do not collect sensitive government IDs, passport numbers, or financial credentials:
- Local Learning Progress: Track progress, XP points, and SRS flashcard intervals are stored exclusively on your device via browser LocalStorage.
- AI Evaluation Input: Korean sentences entered for real-time nuance feedback are processed anonymously in memory and discarded immediately.
- Diagnostics: Standard non-identifiable browser type, operating system, and error telemetry logs.

Regardless of your location, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data at any time. Because your learning data is stored locally in your browser, clearing your browser history or cache instantly executes your Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten).
