1. KoreaKL is provided completely 100% Free during the global Open Beta period. No payment credentials or credit card information are collected or required.

2. Should paid features be introduced in the future, clear prior notification will be posted at least 30 days in advance.

4Article 4 (AI Transparency & Disclaimer)

1. The AI Nuance Evaluator is powered by Google Gemini and expert Korean linguistic rulesets for educational purposes.

2. AI evaluation results are instructional recommendations and do not constitute certified legal, business, or formal representation.

5Article 5 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Southern District Court.
